A very small suggestion but I would suggest adding shelving units/glass cabinets in the reception area with with products for display/purchasing. Perhaps adding framed skincare photos/info in the reception area. The reception looks lovely and clean but it can definitely be filled up more.

Roz lovely! My eyebrows look AMAZING. I was thinking of doing a tint but i didn’t even need it. She made the time go pass really quickly but having a nice chat.
