Roz is a joy to be around. She was very comforting and reassured me about the facial. I spoke to Shavina before the treatment who is fully knowledgeable. The treatment itself was very relaxing and calming I nearly fell asleep! I love coming to Pretty Perfect London.

Roz is truly AMAZING in every sense of the word. Her work is truly immaculate, I have had so many compliments on my eyebrows and lashes and have recommended Roz to everyone. She is such a kind and beautiful soul and made my experience truly a pleasure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my eyebrows or lashes done.
