I was on my way and got a call and she said she'll be late. I was ok with this as we both were stuck in traffic. When I got there she refused to do the full facial she said there isn't much time I was annoyed because she was also late and they used that against me. Also found out that they didn't book my husband. Before booking I did mention if it's ok to bring my children as I don't have childcare and they assured me that they have awaiting room but told me to they have to wait outside in the coldandrain
