It's great that you get to feel really comfortable when visiting for a treatment. This is my 2nd biotin scalp treatment and I already feel that my hair is healthier and shiny. I've booked a course of 4 and really excited to continue to see results 😀

I recently had my first laser appointment with Shavina which was a great experience! She made me feel comfortable and explained the treatment thoroughly (and others I asked about too). Very efficient and friendly service - highly recommended!

I had an amazing time at pretty perfect! Neha was my beautician who did my dermaplaning treatment and WOW she was outstanding! She took time to explain the benefits of the treatment and aftercare to me whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I can co fire toy say I will only be using pretty perfect moving forward and ensure I share my fab experience with friends and family- thank you so much!!
