The team at Pretty Perfect are brilliant, always warm and welcoming. They know their products and really get to know their customers. Been a customer since July and I have never experienced a pushy sales technique from them. They take their time with you, make you feel like the VIP you are.
Can thoroughly recommend the eyebrow and eyelash treatments! I have been having the laser which had made such a difference and cannot wait to try my carbon facial later this month.

Another great session with Neha seeing a big improvement in my skin and it’s thanks to Pretty Perfect London and Neha who have made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Neha always explains to me the steps she takes in my sessions which is why I trust pretty perfect London with my skin treatments. Every 4 weeks I see more of an improvement. I recommend them as you won’t find anyone better and trustworthy as that’s important to find someone you can trust with your skin can’t wait for my next session

The setting and the cleanliness of the venue is excellent. The staff is very freindley committed and dedicated in their rolls and know what they doing. They make you feel welcome. It's my first time to have a treatment done at this place. Having a massage done from Ewa was sooo good. I've already booked my second appointment. I would recommend to anyone.thumbs👍 up to all the dedicated staff who works there.well done Veena for your great commitment 👏 God bless guys!
