Really felt at ease, from first appointment for a patch test, to having my treatment. It wasn't as bad as I thought and Veena was very patient, experienced and knows what she is doing. My brows are lovely!! Can't believe the transformation and it's so nice to wake up in the morning and look like my old self again! Well done to the lovely ladies at Pretty Perfect. I'm a new client and will definitely be exploring more treatments. Also the Salon is beautiful and calming and very clean.

The lash lift treatment was comfortable and relaxing; and the results were pretty good - I hope they last between 4-6 weeks!
The booking procedure was relatively easy, however the treatwell link in the SMS didn’t work to book a patch test so I forgot all about doing so. I therefore turned up for my appointment and had to have it rescheduled (disappointing).
I also booked the treatment for £50 and was then charged £55 on the day, so I’m now awaiting a £5 refund, as promised by my therapist.
