I have done nails there before twice and always been happy with quality. This time however was shocking. First time around it was so lumpy and uneven and she considered it finished. So I said if this is OK. She had quick look and said "bad top coat". But you would have let me walk out like that and consider it your standard ? Then it was redone and was better but red burgundy colour is full of dust marks and lines and my fingers and cuticles are full of glue and mess. That's not OK!

I have been using Pretty Nails for a couple of years and I am always so happy with the service and the way my nails are done. My last treatment was wonderful. I had infills with acrylic and gel top coat.. they honestly look beautiful! Occasionally (rarely) due to my busy schedule I cant get to Pretty Nails and end up going to another nail bar locally. I am always so disappointed and can't wait to get back to Pretty Nails.
