My 14 year old daughter went to Pretty Nails for the first time with a friend.
She was quite nervous about it but was made to feel welcome and immediately at ease.
She didn't realise she couldn't pay by card but was trusted to pop to the cash point and get the money she needed to pay for her treatment.
Thank you for trusting her to leave the shop as I know there's been too many incidents of people failing to return with payment.
