Lovely colour and shape, very nice manicurist. 15 minutes late which was annoying (if it was a walk-in I’d understand but I’d booked an appointment); however they still saw me as soon as possible

The pedicure was done quite poorly.. the therapist barely did the treatment on my feet leaving lots of dead dry skin, she did an acceptable job with my toe nails. I was disappointed as their pedicure for an entry level price range salon was quite high in my opinion. The manicure looked fine at first, although not even 2 days later the gems started falling off! Instead of apologising for the poor quality I was told that this is very common:) so you judge for yourself
