Easy to book on Treatwell as able to pay by card in advance, it is cash only at the shop. My appointment started promptly and did not feel rushed to choose a colour. The seat for the pedicure was comfortable. It was helpful that the nail techinician (Spring) asked me whether I liked my nails to be cut or filed; but could be more gentle when cleaning around the nails. The gel removal was by filing it off, if the salon could provide the option of the soaking method that would be great.
