I was left waiting for 25 mins. I wasn't seen by the technician I booked in with, and there was no explanation or apology. The technician that did my nails was aggressive and yanked my hands constantly. She cut of my fingers with the drill file and told me to "relax" when I pulled my hand away in pain. My nails were OK in the end, but there was a lot of gel left on my fingers. The gel lifted after a week. I've been coming here for a while now but sadly, I won't be going back again.
