I’ve been visiting this nail salon since they opened and always go back. They have such amazing customer service, always offer hot drinks and it’s a friendly team. My nails always look great too.

I have a medical condition which makes my joints very delicate. I explained to my technician that I was experiencing some pain and asked if she could be more gentle when handling my hands but she kept yanking them towards her instead of speaking to me or gesturing to me. I was in a great deal of pain and just wanted to pay and leave. There was nothing wrong with the manicure, it was lovely but the joints in my fingers, hands, and wrists suffered as a result of this experience. No need for it.
