I went there and was asked to apply hand sanitizer and then got seated. The technician firstly used the drill to take off most of the hard polish and the acrylic, but then dipped my hands into a bowl of warm aceton and covered them with a dirty towel. When it started being itchy and kind of burning, I told him (while he was doing another customer) and he said “okay” but didn’t come to help. He really did a poor job and injured my nails which I now had to file very short.
