Went in for SNS removal and extension removal, im sad to say that my nails came out looking completely butchered. My natural nail length was cut when they were removing extensions, so all my progress in growing my nails is now gone. Then Didn’t even bother to remove extra polish under and around my nails, used a very harsh nail file to reshape my nails which left them very badly shaped. I am having to reshape my nails at home now and smoothen the edges. There was very little after nail care
