It was okay, I didn’t feel special during my treatment, the staff were chatting to each other and barely spoke to me. I felt it was a little rushed without much attention to detail.

Even though I moved away I've come back to Pretty Little Nails as I can't find better anywhere else. Always do an amazing job of my acrylics and a lovely salon to visit!

1st time here & sadly it was disappointing compared to others in the area. The team were overbooked & the nail finish was rushed/ messy - I need to fix it myself. V Nice team who tried to keep to schedule but overall all running late & moving between clients. Didn't have the therapists I'd booked & kept being told I should book the gel polish because its "better" (I'm aware gel is better for business as its more ££ & quicker so faster client turnaround) so this was annoying.
