Very disappointed - my nails are messy, and my thumb has half a top coat on it (half of it is streaky and not shiny like the rest) and is very rough. Felt I was rushed through the appointment just to get to the next client. Feels like money down the drain and I've been looking forward to having my nails done for weeks!
