I've only been to pretty brows twice so far, seen both times by Mano and she is so welcoming and friendly, treated me like an old friend. The second time I had booked online and didn't realise they had moved to a different building so I was late for my appointment, noone was angry or upset, just very welcoming and understanding. I felt so comfortable in this shop and would 100% recommend!
