Had roots done by Rachael. It was a lot darker than I asked for, she said oh it will wash out. When the colour was washed off another staff member came over and proceeded to cut my hair! She didn’t even ask what style I wanted! I asked her to stop and said I was booked with Rachael. I showed her a photo of the style I wanted. After a quick cut and blow dry it was finished! It looked nothing like the photo I provided very poor cut VERY DISSAPOINTED! Don’t recommend this salon
