booked for 10:30 on Sunday. had a phone call from them asking for a change to 11:00 am. I arrived and they told me unless I had a confirmation call that it wasn't arranged. Explained I had a call and they said oh we don't have anyone here. we don't know why we are understaffed and could you wait 1/2 hour. I said no it was very disappointing.
