Gel Nails Manicure
Staff were blunt and rude. I had French tips which don’t fit properly. They have gaps at the sides, they are wonky and have too much acrylic (very chunky) and took me ages to correct and file down. I wasn’t asked if I was happy, she just started on the next customer. I pointed out that they were very scratched on the surface where they hadn’t been buffed after filing but she just added more top coat. I will never use this place again. You can get better nails for less elsewhere in town. Staff don’t seem to know what each other are doing, keeping people waiting half an hour even though they have booked an appointment. The business won’t last long if you can’t offer the basics - customer service and time keeping!
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
booked for 10:30 on Sunday. had a phone call from them asking for a change to 11:00 am. I arrived and they told me unless I had a confirmation call that it wasn't arranged. Explained I had a call and they said oh we don't have anyone here. we don't know why we are understaffed and could you wait 1/2 hour. I said no it was very disappointing.
