Lovely woman, didn’t speak much but not always a bad thing. No music on which could be a big improvement to the experience. The waxing equipment didn’t look well kept/ clean and lots of double dipping the sticks. Overall worth it for the price

first time here but therapist was very friendly and patient. she did a thorough job and made sure to check I was happy with the result before finishing. would definitely recommend!

Fantastic underarm wax, very thorough, even threading the little hairs that hadn't come out. Brazilian was quick and relatively pain free, however it didn't get quite the same thoroughness as the underarm.
