Hero was very touchy and odd. He didn’t cut the hair straight. He inappropriately grabbed my waist to guide me to the chair and used the hair dryer to blow hair off my body. Very weird

Hero isn’t there anymore (at least for now) and his replacement is really bad/ unprofessional. Made me wait 25min then r rushed because he had another appointment. He not only pulled my hair but also totally burned it. worst hairdresser I have ever experienced. He ruined my hair
So unacceptable. Don’t waste your time or money!!!!
