Absolutely butchered my hair. Asked for layers and long-ish bangs. Instead I got very uneven straight layers (looks like someone just chopped straight through with their eyes shut) and my bangs look like a bowl cut but are at the same time uneven. And I can’t even see through them. I’d call them curtain bangs not bangs. Going to have to go to another hairdresser to fix these uneven layers…

Salon called to cancel appointment after I booked an on the day appointment, I was willing to rearrange for another day at a similar time but it wasn’t an option. money has gone out of my account anyway and waiting for a refund now.
