The haircut in itself was nice for lengths, but before I could say anything or was asked, my fringe was ruined (the friends I went to see after asked me what happened...) I had to ask to stop cutting it as I wasn't even ask if i t was ok to touch it, and fix it by myself as I could before I go to a wedding the next week. So sad...

Went here for my mens perm. Initially I went too loose with the curls, I called up after and explained i should have got tighter, and Hero kindly had me back in to do the perm tighter. Amazing customer service and dedication to perfection - I’m really happy with the perm now! Would recommend 5/5 stars. Will be coming back for sure.
