i’ve thought about not leaving this review but, my experience was awful. there was a disagreement as I had booked incorrectly, and there was a bit of miscommunication- i offered to pay the extra but hero said no, which is fine - i left hair half done, he then didn’t use conditioner on my wash, no products on the blow dry, mocked me to his colleague and once finished left without saying anything - so unprofessional
