I immediately felt welcome as I walked through the door! I had a lovely wash including a head massage from a female member of the team, followed by a first class blow dry from a male member of the team. My waves were bouncy and framed my face beautifully. I had a good cup of coffee in my time there too! Will most definitely be going back! Thank you guys 😊

Not quite what I asked for, but very friendly and still a decent haircut.

Arrived on time to a deserted salon. Staff member appears and seems surprised to see me. Hairdresser off sick and online bookings manager on holiday so apparently they had no way of cancelling? No mention of helping me obtain a refund.

I asked for a simple trim and got a simple trim, but it was far from great and I wish I would have booked a more expensive place, because the hair looks a bit chopped. The staff was very positive and welcoming, but unfortunately I felt a little uncomfortable with the chat.
