I booked in as a first timer for a root tint and cut & blow dry. Ellie (sp?) did my hair, and began with a consultation to ask me what I wanted. She took care to match my natural root colour and cover my few greys whilst still being natural and maintaining my existing balayage. The blow dry was perfect and the exact look I wanted, and lasted so well. I was well looked after by friendly staff and given many cups of Turkish tea! :) My only gripe would be that she left me in between for 15-20mins to attend to a walk in client who wanted her eyebrows doing. Luckily on this occasion I was not in a rush, else I would have said something more. I found this unprofessional, but despite this I will definitely be back and Ellie is a great stylist. So satisfied and a fantastic price. Thank you.

The venue and salon looks nice and is clean. I booked a blow dry for short hair as my hair sits just above my shoulders. I was told on arrival I would need to pay more as I had long hair? Apparently short hair only applies to pixie cuts which is pretty ridiculous. They did the same to the lady who came in after me who had even shorter hair. The wash was fine, but the blowdry was very poor. My stylist tried to curl my hair but ended up just putting random kinks in it. I had to redo it later.

It was perfect, the stylist and the team were very welcoming and absolutely loved my hair!
