Arrived on time to a deserted salon. Staff member appears and seems surprised to see me. Hairdresser off sick and online bookings manager on holiday so apparently they had no way of cancelling? No mention of helping me obtain a refund.
I asked for a simple trim and got a simple trim, but it was far from great and I wish I would have booked a more expensive place, because the hair looks a bit chopped. The staff was very positive and welcoming, but unfortunately I felt a little uncomfortable with the chat.
