So unbelievably upset with the result of my hair. I went in for a cut and blow dry and a roots touch up. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited 45 minutes till I was serviced. Staff are friendly however, the woman who cut my hair was extremely rough and fast and was barely focusing when cutting my hair. My hair is currently a completely damaged and horrendously uneven bob which is half an inch higher than what I originally asked for as I had to point out that my hair was completely uneven. I payed for a blow dry and got told there was no more time left for a blow dry as it was past the closing time, even though I waited at the beginning for 45 minutes and therefore I paid for a blow dry I did not receive. I would like a refund. I have never been so upset with an experience at the hairdressers as I have on this day.

Amazing haircut, asymetric bob doesn't sound hard, but she did it exceptionally. AND I got an amazing blow dry. Ask for Elly x

Friendly. My stylist wasn't Mehmet - think it was Ellie. I am happy with the cut but I did not enjoy the experience. Washing my hair she was rough, snagging the hair. I asked her to be less vigorous with massage & she said I know I have heavy hands! Later when cutting she tugged the hair hard & the skin on my temples was pulled. Later she used a v. hot hairdryer, I had to draw away as I felt burning. BTW she did not do it on purpose - just did not seem to realise the discomfort causing me,
