This is the worst salon experience I've had. My stylist gave me almost no consultation and on my request for loose waves, gave me a horrible 80s poodle perm. He forgot that he was also supposed to be giving me a haircut, again did not ask me what I would like. He left the perming treatment in for way too long, as he was sitting on the sofa watching videos and ignoring me for much of the treatment. My hair is now ruined, over processed and badly cut. I suspect he has no idea what he is doing.

the staff were really lovely and the place is cozy but the stylist touched my hair after his cigarette break and didn't wash them and the brush he combed my hair with was already full of hair from the previous client. Hygiene is definitely to be improved but the I am satisfied with my haircut all in all. Also cheap compared to other salons around the area
