Great service and final result - very happy with my Ombre treatment and cut. However, there was a lack of price transparency. I paid for whole procedure on Treatwell, but upon leaving the salon was asked for an additional £35 for toner and hair melt treatment. I wasn't informed these weren't included when I agreed to them. When I questioned this, I was told I should've known from other salons. This assumption-based approach lacks transparency and isn't the right way to handle extra charges.
