Showed up for my appointment three mins early, but they were running a little bit behind, which I was fine. I understand places get busy. Waited 10 mins where she came over and asked to look at my nails, as they are very short it's obvious why I wanted to add a bit of extension to them, hence the need to book a gel extension treatment - she told me she may not be able to do it because my nails are so short... um what? It didn't fill me with much hope that she actually knew what she was doing, but I decided to stay and see what she could do anyway (which was probably foolish of me)... it took a further 10 mins for her to finish with her current clients and set up for me.
Long story short, she didn't put the right sized plastic extensions on my nails and as a trained nail tech, you should know how to size them properly... even I know how they should sit! (several were too small), she hurt me multiple times from filling too fast and too roughly - and when I winced in pain each time all I got was a 'oh sorry' but she didn't actually proceed to just calm down a bit and take her time. She didn't shape the nails properly, and the paint job was streaky!
When I got home, I had to fix them myself; which I feel isn't the point of going to get your nails done. Also, for the price point - overpriced considering what you're left with. I won't be coming back here to get another treatment unfortunately and feel if anyone wants a proper nail treatment, you should avoid getting them done here.
