This wasn’t a classic facial, it was a deep cleaning facial so not relaxing. The lady doing my facial was very thorough and made sure to extract anything and everything she could. The music was a bit loud and the procedure could have done with some sort of massage between treatments as there were times that I was left alone in the room for extended periods of time with a product on my face.

Lovely hairdresser, but didn’t quite follow my instructions. A very harsh cut with short layers, rather than a faded framing as I asked for. Also used poor quality shampoo & conditioner.
