Falo was very nice but unfortunately ripped some of my skin off when waxing. I am now left with patches of the first layer of skin missing and in pain. I did not realize this until I went home. I have quite sensitive skin but this should not be happening. They should also use hot wax instead of strip wax and not double dip.
