My eyelashes came off after 2 days. I had an eyelashes extension here and they felt quite uncomfortable from the start (I just thought I'd give it a few days to get used to it). I followed the instructions -no water, no creams or anything like that. After only 2 days the lashes have started falling off and I had very big gaps as they were just randomly falling -it looked horrible. I was abroad so couldn't get it fixed, as a result by day 3 I had to get the few ones still on my eyes removed (and pay someone while on my holiday to do it). Not happy at all, def not going back.

really upset and unhappy, I need to go somewhere else to get this fixed. very very terrible. I think the staff and management may have changed. I may go back to this place to ask for my money back, very unhappy but nothing else can be done now to fix this.
