Sylvia provided amazing customer service and has great attention to detail - offering a drink, putting on barrier cream, massaging head, using styling products when drying etc. She went to the trouble of finding out my exact treatment plan from Mia (also brilliant at her job - who I usually see) and was really nice and friendly - even helped me with my phone charger :)
