Went to have my toes done. Sat down and they asked if I wanted all my toes done or just my big toes done. I said all of them because that's what I booked. However they then tried to tell me that I only have 2 toes. Not sure what that even means because last time I checked I had 5. Ended up having to walk out because they tried to charge me more than what was stated. Wouldn't come back here.

I had initially booked my facial with Neelam as she had a 5 star rating but when I arrived it was a lovely lady called Shumalia who did the facial for me. Although I had chosen the classic facial she recommended the herbal one and it was amazing! The way she cleansed and also massaged my face was totally out of this world and I must confess I dozed off a view time (Lol) Shumalia knows her stuff and was polite and also very professional and I would highly recommend her. Thank You Shumalia
