It was my trial session and I was really excited and I wasn’t disappointed. I found the treatment amazing and it didn’t hurt at all. Very professional.
The addition of a massage to the facial made it so relaxing and really felt like a treat. The facial was very nice, and my partner commented on my glowing skin afterwards.
Really great facial. The place doesn’t look fancy from the outside, but inside they’re very professional, and I was really happy with the treatment and advice.
The facial itself was great. However, I felt attacked by the beautification. She kept commenting on my skin in an extremely negative way, something that is affected by an illness I have. She commented on the illness which is an extremely sensitive topic and something which I am trying to tackle naturally and mentioned how it’s silly to think natural treatments will be enough, even though my doctor has suggested otherwise. Maybe she was trying to show her years of experience, however, she went about it the wrong way. She continued to discuss my illness and how it was going to affect aspects of my life negatively in a way that made me leave the treatment in tears. Based on the lack of people skills at this salon, I will not return, however the facial was good and did achieve results, yet that is not enough to excuse the attitude and behaviour towards clients nor does it excuse discussing sensitive topics such as health in a way that will make your client leave in tears.
