Friendly staff but not happy with the overall experience. Hollywood laser was not full hollywood like other places. lay in the room bottomless while the beautician kept opening the door to go out and am able to see most of the reception room and they can see me too. on one instance saw another client and she was as shocked to see me as me her. The beautician was using the laser going from my behind area to front area & back again which is soooo unsanitary. She also did this when shaving on my first visit. When certain areas hurt & it was clear it did she continued to laser away and not give a second to rest from the pain. She was nice lady but not good beautician. The treatment itself has seemed to work and I am happy with that but with nothing else plus I am now having to go elsewhere to complete the full Hollywood so I am annoyed at that wasting time and money.
