This was my first ever wax and the lady who looked after me was excellent. She talked me through it, was really considerate, had a GREAT manner, and was completely professional with what she did. She's also advised me on multiple aspects for future waxes.
A first wax is (of course) very painful, and I was a bit stressed yesterday anyway yet she handled it all brilliantly, calmly and was really encouraging. I definitely recommend - you are in good hands!
