I have several small cuts around my cuticles from over-aggressive filing to remove old gel polish, even when I said a few times: 'ow, that hurt!' The nails also got slightly smudged and were rushed to fix so a few fingers ended up not having the same glossy finish as the rest, which was annoying.
To be fair, the removal took twice as long as they expected because the previous salon who did my gels did them way too thick. Staff were very nice but I wasn't that happy with the manicure in the end.
