DO NOT GET WAXED HERE! I have never had such a horrific experience as in this place. The woman who was waxing me was very rude throughout and kept saying to me "it's painful isn't it?" and commenting on how my hairs were too long (I had only left it 7 weeks - they weren't that bad!) After one incredibly painful strip was removed I was told there was some bleeding as I had a spot there It really, REALLY hurt and I thought it was odd that I had a spot there but thought nothing of it. Only after she had finished did I check and see she had actually tore my skin (in a really sensitive part down there where hair doesn't even grow) a good half inch in size! It was sore for a good few days and didn't heal for even longer. Never have I had a wax that has resulted in so much blood, OR, a therapist who blamed me for their poor work. Definitely wouldn't recommend, and no way am I going back!

Very nice staff, greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door. The therapist was friendly without being overly chatty. The wax was performed with speed and efficiency with a very nice purple lavender wax. I would definitely return!

I had a Dermalogica facial. The therapist was great and the treatment lasted longer than anticipated as she was so thorough. This was the second time I had visited this salon and again I was pleased with the service.

The salon is modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and the service was good. I had a manicure and the therapist paid good attention to detail so I was more than happy with the result.

The place is very clean, bright and welcoming and the threading I had was excellent and without a doubt the best I have had. The therapist was very skilled, quick and very thorough as well as professional and discreet but also friendly. This is exactly how a treatment should be. Highly recommended.
