I went to get an eyebrow wax and found the staff friendly, efficient and the beautician I had I felt was very skilled and experienced. I always feel a little nervous when I get my eye brows done that someone will shape them in a way that doesn't suit me or would be too thin, but she was great and explained what she did. Would go again and recommend to others.

Great therapist, really friendly, thorough, professional and well informed. Lovely and relaxing treatment. The salon decor is a bit out of date, but perfectly clean and acceptable - and given what good value my facial was, I wasn't expecting a flashy spa.

The staff were all very nice! I arrived 10 mins early to my appointment and they saw me straight away. It was done very quickly and didnt hurt as much as I thought it would. Although, I still had some wax residue on me when I got home which was not easy to take off.

Great variety of colours to choose from- had the standard manicure but it lasted 4 days before chipping. They took great care in making sure nails were fully dried.
