The technician was very kind and diligent but a few minor complaints - she filed my nails down a bit too much, the water my hands soaked in was very cold, and she applied far too much of the gelish polish so my nails look very puffy. I think if she'd used less polish it would've been a nicer look.

Beautician was really friendly and price was reasonable. Waxing room opened onto the rest of the spa though and with no towel or paper pants left me feeling a little exposed when therapist entered and left the room!
