I Love this Place and go there regularly. The staff is just so welcoming and friendly. It's always calm, well organised and clean. The treatment itself is great: very calming, relaxing, comfortable and the results are amazing. My skin feels so smooth and looks so clear after the facial. I can only recommend it again and again.

Good pedi. The place is quite small and they do your pedi in the main room so you have people walking past you, but the staff were lovely and the Italian girl who did my feet was really friendly and very meticulous. Overall very good, will go back.

Great visit, however the normal girl that I see wasn't there. When it came to filing and shaping my nails I think that she wasn't paying attention and only did one hand - luckily my other had is already slightly rounded, but my hands don't quite match now.

The girl was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, not awkward at all. She did miss a few spots which I noticed after I'd left but overall did a very good job.

This is a small gem venue just 10 mins from West Hampstead. I liked how the staff was very friendly and seem to have a very close relationship with each other. That made me feel very comfortable. The treatment was very nice and I felt like I was taken care of, and given the attention required. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that the pedicure took place in the middle of the corridor. There is no room or special place dedicated for the pedicures. The girl that did my pedicure was very lovely. I will be definiteley going back.
