The staff were very accommodating - one of the beauticians had been off sick at the last minute but they still managed to fit me in (although at a slightly earlier time). When I arrived there was no wait, and staff were friendly and pleasant.
The wax itself was good quality, and not too painful! She was flexible and happy to swap the full leg wax I had booked for a half leg and bikini for very little extra charge.
The rooms are slightly small, but this wasn't a problem.
Overall a very good experience, and would return.

Absolutely fantastic day spent at Prestige. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made for a great experience. Massage was excellent, with a great pedicure that still looks brand new a week later. The facial was not a relaxing, fluffy treatment but my beauty therapist really got to work and had my skin glowing! It's actually never looked better.
I was astonished by the value for money, and the quality of treatments! Will absolutely be be back for a pamper session. Definitely worth your you're visit, they'll have you looking and feeling amazing in no time.
