The staff were lovely, had a great facial, I was 10 minutes late but still got the full hour. The room is lovely only downside is that it's a little small but doesn't really matter once you get started.

I had the Dermalogica deep cleansing facial treatment, focusing on extractions. My facialist was confident and well-experienced and gave me appropriate advice and samples to suit my skin concerns. It may have nice to have a more hydrating mask afterwards to calm the redness, nonetheless it was a great facial which also involved a relaxing shoulder and head massage.
