I was utterly disappointed by this beauty centre. The evening before I was contacted by one member of the staff telling me there had been some double bookings so we needed to change my slot. We agreed 15 minutes earlier and I also received an email from Treatwell confirming these changes. The morning after ,while I was going to Prestige Beauty, one of the beautician phoned me and told me they had to cancel my appointment for double booking. Since I was almost there (she phoned me 30 min before my appointment!) I went and directly told the lady that it was unacceptable since I had been contacted the evening before and I agreed a new slot and now they couldn't simply phone and cancel my booking. I asked to be refunded or they would have to do my treatment. Since I had already paid vie Treatwell she refused to give my money back and I waited for the other beautician, The other person was aware of the problem and she rushed to start the pedicure but with my great surprise they don't have a proper room but you sit at the entrance where other clients wait and they do your pedicure in front of everyone! Moreover I was sitting in front of one of the treatment room and every time the other beautician was coming in and out I could see the client half naked on the trolley. While I was there I realised they had problems of double booking also with other clients and they were really struggling to cope but if you don't know how to efficiently run a beauty centre don't do it! Talking about the pedicure, they have a pretty wide range of colours and the final result was quite normal. I won't go there anymore because I really didn't appreciate their lack of organisation and professionally.

I usually love going to Prestige Beauty because they always have amazing customer service and thread my eyebrows perfectly. The threading was as good as usual, but my appointment was delayed by 45 minutes, with very little notice (about 20 minutes). I was offered no compensation and all members of staff seemed really anxious, quite curt, and did not me feel as relaxed and welcome as usual. I'm not sure I'll go back due to this experience.
