nicely welcomed. but...the room was not a comfortable atmosphere, white & small with nowhere to put my belongings. the wax was most painful I've ever had. the spatula for the wax looked like it had been the same one used for a week & the therapist continued to reuse it throughout the waxing. lots of strays left & was red & bumpy after, which has never happened before!!! the therapist then opened the door whilst I was still undressed & anyone could have seen inside the room. never going back.
