I had a Brazilian hot wax. Treatment was great almost painless, therapist very nice and skilled and much less irritation than my usual. Overall great but some hair were left, that's the only downside but I will definitely come back to give it another try. Staff very nice!

For a luxury pedicure, the experience wasn't very luxury. I was sat in the main reception room in a corner, sitting on a waiting chair, and it was completed in under 30 minutes. Quite disappointed.
